How to Change PHP Version in cPanel?

The default cPanel version is PHP 5.6 for the entire account, but it is possible to select a different PHP version for each individual domain.

Available php versions: PHP 5.6, PHP 7.3, PHP 7.4, PHP 8.0, PHP 8.1

Before starting the changes, make sure that the interface / theme in cPanel is jupiter:

 

To change the PHP version follow the instructions below:

1. Login in to your cPanel account

2. Find and click the Multiple PHP Manager button

3. Check the domain for which you want to change the PHP version

4. Choose the PHP version and press the confirmation button (Example in the picture below)

 

5. In a few minutes the settings should take effect
