1. Introduction
1.1. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") establishes the rules and guidelines for using the services provided by AMPLICA.
1.2. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy and all applicable laws and regulations.
1.3. This policy is designed to protect the security, integrity, and availability of AMPLICA services and to ensure fair and responsible use by all customers.
2. Permitted Use
2.1. AMPLICA services must be used only for lawful purposes. Any use of our services for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities is strictly prohibited.
2.2. You agree not to use our services for:

Engaging in fraud, identity theft, or any form of illegal financial activity.

Hosting, distributing, or promoting illegal content, including but not limited to copyrighted material without authorization.

Engaging in or facilitating unauthorized access to other networks, servers, or systems.
-
Running scripts or applications that negatively impact the stability or performance of our services.
3. Prohibited Use on Shared Web Hosting
3.1. The following activities are strictly prohibited on Shared Web Hosting services:

Running cron jobs at intervals shorter than 15 minutes.

Hosting proxy servers, VPN services, TOR exit nodes, or tunneling services.
-
Uploading and storing backup copies of websites on the hosting account.
-
Uploading non-website related files, including but not limited to personal storage, large media files, or archives.
-
Consuming excessive resources (CPU, RAM, or disk I/O), which can negatively affect server performance.
-
Running long-running processes or background daemons.
-
Sending more than 100 emails per hour per account, to prevent IP blacklisting.
4. Prohibited Use on VPS Services
4.1. The following activities are strictly prohibited on VPS services:

Conducting port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or unauthorized probing of networks, servers, or devices.

Engaging in DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks or participation in botnets.
-
Hosting phishing, carding, botnets, or any malicious services.
-
Using the VPS for unauthorized brute-force attacks, hacking attempts, or credential stuffing.
-
Repeated high-bandwidth usage affecting the stability of the network.
-
Running cryptocurrency mining operations on VPS or VDS (allowed only on dedicated servers).
-
Operating mail servers with open relays or open proxies, which may cause spam-related issues.
5. Network and System Security
5.1. Clients are strictly prohibited from engaging in activities that compromise the security, integrity, or availability of AMPLICA’s infrastructure.
5.2. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate service suspension or termination, and AMPLICA reserves the right to report such activities to law enforcement or other relevant authorities.
6. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Compliance
6.1. The DMCA policy applies only if the data is stored on servers located in the European Union.
6.2. If you choose a server located in Moldova, the DMCA policy does not apply. However, this does not mean that you will not receive DMCA warnings.
6.3. If AMPLICA receives a DMCA complaint regarding content hosted on servers in Moldova, we will forward the message to the respective client. It is at the client's discretion whether to remove the content mentioned in the DMCA notification.
6.4. If AMPLICA receives more than 10 DMCA complaints per month regarding a specific client, AMPLICA reserves the right to:

Force the client to remove the content mentioned in the DMCA complaints.

Require the client to use a different IP subnet that is leased from the open market or owned by the client.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
7.1. Customers must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
7.2. Storing or processing personally identifiable information must be done in accordance with legal requirements to ensure user privacy and security.
7.3. AMPLICA reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities in investigations involving potential data breaches or misuse of personal information.
8. Enforcement & Consequences
8.1. AMPLICA reserves the right to monitor compliance with this policy and take appropriate action against violations.
8.2. If a violation is detected, AMPLICA may:

Issue a warning to the customer.

Suspend or terminate services without prior notice.

Report illegal activities to relevant authorities.
8.3. No refunds will be issued for terminations resulting from AUP violations.
9. Changes to this Policy
9.1. AMPLICA reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Clients are encouraged to review the AUP periodically to stay informed about any changes.
9.2. Continued use of AMPLICA services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
